Description: A project made for a fall Gacha-Themed Gamejam. Collect trinkets and battle other NPCs in a monster-collecting-battling-inspired gameplay loop. Interact with various cryptids in town as you battle them to become the very best that there ever was. Developed a Resident-Evil-Inspired camera system that maintains relative input direction when swapping to the nearest camera in the scene, that also dynamically calculates the angle between the camera and character facing direction, to determine which sprite to display.
